At RoadGauge Ltd (“RoadGauge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we aim to deliver accurate and reliable road surface analysis through our credit-based SaaS platform. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for RoadGauge Credits.
1. RoadGauge Credits
- RoadGauge Credits are the tokens used to access services on our platform.
- Credits are consumed based on road length, selected analysis options, and processing timeline (e.g., standard 2 weeks or priority 1 week).
- Credits are purchased through our payment providers and stored in your RoadGauge Credit Wallet.
2. Refunds for Failed Processing
- If a video analysis fails due to a system or processing error on our side, the credits consumed for that analysis will be automatically refunded to your RoadGauge Credit Wallet.
- Refunds are applied in credits only, not cash.
3. Dissatisfaction with Services
We strive for quality and accuracy in our ecosystem. However, if you are not satisfied with your experience:
- You may request a refund within 1 week of the transaction.
- Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted only if:
- The analysis results are materially incomplete or inconsistent with the service description.
- Issues could not be resolved through our support team.
- If approved, refunds will be issued in RoadGauge Credits, credited back to your RoadGauge Credits Wallet.
- If you choose to discontinue using RoadGauge due to dissatisfaction, you may request a full refund of your remaining RoadGauge Credits. In such cases, the refund will be processed back to your provided bank account, or, if possible, to your original debit/credit card.
- Cash refunds are not provided, except where legally required.
4. Non-Refundable Situation
Refunds will not be granted if:
- Incorrect or poor-quality video footage was uploaded (e.g., blurry, incomplete, or unusable footage).
- Credits were consumed successfully for completed analyses.
- The request falls outside the stated refund window.
- Dissatisfaction arises from factors beyond our control (e.g., road conditions changing after footage was recorded).
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with the following:
- Your account email
- Project ID or video reference
- Reason for the refund request
We will review and respond within 72 hours.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on our website with an updated “Effective Date.”
